Auto-Renewal Policy

1. Automatic Renewal

Ameyes cloud storage subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) so that continuous recording coverage is not interrupted.

2. Renewal Pricing

Renewals are charged at the plan price in effect at the time of renewal. Current prices are 7-Day Event Storage at HK$23 per month or HK$239 per year, and 14-Day Event Recording at HK$31 per month or HK$319 per year. All charges are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

3. Payment Authorisation

By subscribing, you authorise the applicable payment provider (Stripe for credit cards, or PayPal) to charge the renewal amount to your selected payment method until you cancel.

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel through the app store or payment provider used for the purchase, or by contacting support@ameyes.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to cloud recordings continues until the end of the current paid period.

5. Refunds

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where a technical fault prevented access to the service. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Price Changes

If plan prices change, we will notify you before the next renewal so you can review or cancel your subscription.

Kebijakan Perpanjangan Otomatis

1. Perpanjangan Otomatis

Langganan penyimpanan cloud Ameyes diperpanjang otomatis pada akhir setiap periode penagihan (bulanan atau tahunan) agar liputan perekaman tidak terputus.

2. Harga Perpanjangan

Perpanjangan ditagih sesuai harga paket yang berlaku saat perpanjangan. Harga saat ini: 7-Day Event Storage HK$23 per bulan atau HK$239 per tahun, dan 14-Day Event Recording HK$31 per bulan atau HK$319 per tahun. Semua pembayaran dalam Dolar Hong Kong (HKD).

3. Otorisasi Pembayaran

Dengan berlangganan, Anda memberi otorisasi kepada penyedia pembayaran (Stripe untuk kartu kredit, atau PayPal) untuk menagih jumlah perpanjangan ke metode pembayaran Anda hingga Anda membatalkan.

4. Cara Membatalkan

Anda dapat membatalkan melalui app store atau penyedia pembayaran yang digunakan, atau menghubungi support@ameyes.com. Pembatalan menghentikan perpanjangan berikutnya; akses rekaman cloud tetap berlaku hingga akhir periode berbayar.

5. Pengembalian Dana

Biaya perpanjangan umumnya tidak dapat dikembalikan, kecuali diwajibkan hukum atau terdapat gangguan teknis yang menghalangi akses layanan. Lihat Kebijakan Pengembalian Dana untuk detail.

6. Perubahan Harga

Jika harga paket berubah, kami akan memberi tahu Anda sebelum perpanjangan berikutnya agar Anda dapat meninjau atau membatalkan langganan.
