Cloud Service Agreement

1. Scope of the Service

This Cloud Service Agreement governs your subscription to Ameyes cloud storage. The service stores event recordings generated by your paired devices for the retention period of the plan you purchase (7 days or 14 days) and makes them available for playback in the Ameyes app.

2. Plans and Pricing

Cloud plans are sold per device. Current pricing: 7-Day Event Storage at HK$23 per month or HK$239 per year; 14-Day Event Recording at HK$31 per month or HK$319 per year. All amounts are charged in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

3. Billing and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Auto-renewal terms are described in our Auto-Renewal Policy.

4. Storage Retention

Recordings are retained only for the retention window of your plan and are then overwritten automatically. If a subscription lapses, cloud recordings may be deleted after a short grace period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful monitoring of premises you are entitled to monitor, and to comply with applicable privacy and recording laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Service Availability

We work to keep the service available continuously, but interruptions may occur for maintenance, network conditions or events outside our control.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from the app store or payment provider used for purchase. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

Perjanjian Layanan Cloud

1. Ruang Lingkup Layanan

Perjanjian ini mengatur langganan penyimpanan cloud Ameyes. Layanan menyimpan rekaman peristiwa dari perangkat Anda sesuai masa retensi paket yang dibeli (7 hari atau 14 hari) dan dapat diputar kembali di aplikasi Ameyes.

2. Paket dan Harga

Paket cloud dijual per perangkat. Harga saat ini: 7-Day Event Storage HK$23 per bulan atau HK$239 per tahun; 14-Day Event Recording HK$31 per bulan atau HK$319 per tahun. Semua pembayaran dilakukan dalam Dolar Hong Kong (HKD).

3. Penagihan dan Perpanjangan Otomatis

Langganan diperpanjang otomatis pada akhir setiap periode penagihan kecuali dibatalkan sebelum tanggal perpanjangan. Ketentuan perpanjangan dijelaskan dalam Kebijakan Perpanjangan Otomatis.

4. Masa Penyimpanan

Rekaman hanya disimpan selama masa retensi paket Anda lalu ditimpa secara otomatis. Jika langganan berakhir, rekaman cloud dapat dihapus setelah masa tenggang singkat.

5. Penggunaan yang Wajar

Anda setuju menggunakan layanan hanya untuk pemantauan sah atas lokasi yang berhak Anda pantau dan mematuhi hukum privasi serta perekaman yang berlaku.

6. Ketersediaan Layanan

Kami berupaya menjaga layanan tetap tersedia, namun gangguan dapat terjadi karena pemeliharaan, kondisi jaringan, atau hal di luar kendali kami.

7. Pembatalan

Anda dapat membatalkan kapan saja melalui app store atau penyedia pembayaran yang digunakan. Akses tetap berlaku hingga akhir periode berbayar.
